If your group would like to join Sunderland Green and Open Spaces Forum (SG&OSF) please read our Constitution first to make absolutely sure we are the right fit for you and your organisation. The constitution can be read below or is available for download using the button further down the page.
Once you have read the constitution and decided our forum will be useful you can follow this link to complete an on-line form to join. Alternatively, when you are ready just follow the menu entries to find the form.
Membership Form
You can download our Membership Form below. Please complete it and bring it along to a meeting.
You can enrol two lead representatives from your group. There is no restriction on group attendance but only one from each group can vote at meetings, on each issue.
